I created a series of email newsletters and internal memos for Deseret First Credit Union’s fraud department to enhance awareness and improve communication on financial security. These newsletters educated employees and members on emerging fraud trends, phishing scams, and best practices for safeguarding accounts. Each email featured engaging visuals, concise messaging, and actionable insights to ensure clarity and retention. Additionally, I developed internal memos to keep fraud specialists informed of regulatory updates and operational procedures. By implementing strategic design and A/B testing, I optimized engagement and readability. This initiative strengthened the credit union’s fraud prevention efforts by delivering targeted, high-impact communications that empowered recipients to recognize and prevent fraudulent activities.
